First commute done and dusted. A few random thoughts...
- I probably rode too quickly but the gorgeous weather made me do it
- I need a rack/pannier on the bike to take weight off my back
- Bananas and homemade raisin & chocolate flapjacks are good ride food
- I need some new shorts
- I need some new gloves
- I could probably do with a slightly longer stem
- There was a lovely sunrise this morning
- Riding bikes rocks
The weather tomorrow isn't looking that great so I'll probably drive in.

You're great!
It was a great day for riding!
If you are not riding everyday just take your stuff in and out on the days you drive, then you can fit anything you need in back pockets. No need for a rucksac or panniers.
I could suggest a suitable bag ;0)
I need to bring in *lots* of food so pockets are nowhere near enough. Having different clothes for different conditions will be useful as well so a pannier will be fitted.
Tom, I'm not getting one of those silly carradice saddle bags like yours :)
I bring lots of food as well, but some of it (like tea cakes and other snacks) I bring when I drive so I only need certain food in my back pockets.
Sarnies are the main thing I need bring in and they take up lots of space.
They definetly fit in a back pocket of a Jersey!!!!!!
Not the sarnies I make :)
Okay I want to try one then, I have a lot of sandwiches when I'm working. I get a lot of stick for the amount of food I have and I get it all in my jersey pockets!
